Jazz Jam
Join us for our first youth-inspired Jazz Jam at the @KWFamous Creative Café in Kitchener! Hosted by The Jack Wyndham Trio, this open jam welcomes musicians of all ages and experience levels, as well as anyone who simply enjoys a great night of live music.

Admission: $10 or pay what you can
Whether you’ve played plenty of gigs or are still building your confidence, there’s a place for you here. Bring your instrument and join in! Young musicians are especially encouraged to take the stage with the house band and experience the joy of playing live. This is our inaugural Jazz Jam, and we’re hoping it becomes a regular gathering, whether monthly or bi-weekly. Sponsors, reach out!

The list is just a starting point. Part of the fun of a jam is seeing where the musicians take it!
Getting there:
Limited visitor parking is available at the Bright Building, but it can fill up quickly. Nearby alternatives include the Green Street lot at 787 King Street W, accessed from Green Street, and the Rotary lot at 828 King Street W.
The Bramm Street Yards lot at 55 Bramm Street offers free parking after 5pm on weekdays. Some nearby street parking also allows free two-hour stays. Check posted signs and current rates when you arrive.
The café is also served by the ION LRT and King Street bus routes. If walking, cycling, carpooling or transit works for you, those are welcome options too!
